St. Joseph's Care Group (SJCG) is currently recruiting for an internship position within our Human Resources (HR) Department. The Human Resources Intern will work within our Human Resources Department focusing on a variety of recruitment & retention initiatives. This role will provide a recent graduate with the opportunity to utilize the knowledge and skills acquired through their post-secondary education, while gaining valuable experience.


- Business/commerce degree or diploma, with a specialization in Human Resources
- Excellent computer skills, including demonstrated experience with a complex HRIS
- Experience with ORMED and StaffRight would be an asset
- Demonstrated ability to complete detail-oriented work and meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in a healthcare setting

Northern Ontario Heritage Fund requirements:

University or college graduate who has graduated within the last three years from an accredited college or university. The candidate must be a graduate of a post-secondary degree or diploma program. The position will be a first full-time employment in the candidate's field of study.
